History

Please let me introduce myself.

I started this business, Pathfinders Historical Locates Inc., in 1993 and incorporated in 2004.

I was born in 1949 and my wife and I have been married for 38 years. We have three children. Our two daughters did live at home with us until recently and both have just graduated from University. Our son has just returned from working and living Australia and is now going to University.

In regards to my person, I have never been sued by anyone, nor has anyone ever taken legal action against me, I have never committed a crime and therefore do not have a criminal record.

In regards to my company, it has never been sued, nor has anyone ever taken legal action against my company and my company has never been accused of wrong doing.

As to my company, my main clients in my regular work are the Land and Lease Industry and the oil and gas industry working in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. My work involves trying to locate the owners of gross royalty trusts and mineral rights, their estates, their heirs and ultimate heirs. I have solved over 3000 of these cases and in these cases my research has extended into many parts of the world but mainly, Canada and the United States. I have also completed many cases for the Office of the Public Trustee, Public Administrators in the USA, Canadian Trust Companies and lawyers.

These cases mainly involve looking for missing heirs and owners of mineral rights on behalf of my clients.

On my own behalf, I have successfully completed a number of previously unsolved cases involving missing persons and unclaimed assets.

I have received many notes of appreciation over the years for the work that I have done.
